Terms and Conditions

SCHEDULED ARRIVAL & APPOINTMENT PUNCTUALITY

To ensure a smooth and timely experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in, use of facilities, and color selection. We operate a strict schedule to honor every client’s time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment. In such cases, the full cost of the scheduled service remains payable.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, regardless of how the appointment was booked.

  • Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Appointments booked within 24 hours are non-refundable and cannot be downgraded.
  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late risk forfeiting their appointment and will be charged the full service fee.
  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.

MINORS & STUDENT POLICY

All clients under 18 years old must provide a signed parental consent form prior to any treatment.

CLIENT CONSENT FORMS

To ensure your safety and to comply with insurance requirements, a new client consent form must be completed every six months.

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and no change will be given.
  • Remaining balances can be used until the expiry date.

LOST PROPERTY

We kindly advise clients to keep personal belongings with them at all times. Regency Nail And Spa is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items while on the premises.

AFTERCARE SERVICE

If you experience chipping within 3 days of regular polish or 7 days for gel polish, please contact us promptly with a photo via email or social media.

  • We offer a complimentary touch-up for affected nails within 7 days of your appointment.
  • A nominal fee will apply for issues reported outside this time frame.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you provide. Your details will be kept confidential and used only for salon-related communication. We comply fully with UK data protection laws and do not share your information with third parties.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any treatments, products, or vouchers.

From time to time, promotional discounts may be available.

  • Offers are time-limited, subject to availability, and cannot be combined.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We maintain a professional, respectful, and safe environment. Abusive, rude, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other clients will result in immediate refusal of service.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment at any time and to amend these terms and conditions as necessary.
